Common questions
I'm downsizing but I'm not ready to part with everything, what can I do?
That's completely normal, and there's no need to decide in a hurry. We'll pack the things you're keeping into crates and move them into a self-storage unit for you, so they're safe and sound until you're ready. Nothing is thrown away without you.
Can you clear the house as well?
Yes. What you're keeping goes with you or into storage; the furniture and everything staying behind can be cleared, kindly and respectfully, by our sister service Suffolk & Essex House Clearance. Because we're already at the property with your crates, we can quote the clearance while we're there.
Can you help if I'm arranging it for an elderly parent who lives far from me?
Absolutely, and a lot of what we do is exactly this. We're the local hands-on help. One call and we'll sort the crates, the move, the storage and the clearance, and keep you updated throughout so you don't have to be there for every step.
Is there any pressure to decide quickly?

Yes. We're insured, DBS-checked and local, and we treat every home and everything in it with care and respect.
